Q.How long will my new bed take to arrive?
For
Dunlopillo, Slumberland, Stuart Jones Headboards & Vogue Beds the normal delivery to the warehouse is
4 weeks from order.
Other manufacturers such as
Limelight & Sleeping Comfort deliver within 2 weeks, sometimes much faster. This depends on the item required being available from stock when the order is placed.
Once the goods have been recieved at the warehouse and the order is complete, deliveries are made UK wide in a rota of 10 working days. Some areas such as London and the Midlands are covered every week, other areas every other week.
Bedding accessories are sent out direct from the supplier and are normally delivered in around 5 working days.
Q. Will you take my new bed upstairs, when you deliver?
Yes, the shop4beds delivery team will deliver your new bed into a room of your choice, whether up or down stairs.
Q. Could you remove my old bed when you deliver?
No, unfortunately we cannot remove old beds. However, most good councils offer a furniture removal service that will arrange disposal of such items.
Q. Do you have a showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is located in Exeter, Devon.
