All orders made by you through the shop4beds Website are subject to acceptance by us.
We will acknowledge your order by email, please note that this is an acknowledgement email only and does not mean that we have accepted your order.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
We will debit your credit card at time of order, however if your order is not accepted we will refund your credit card immediately.
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until we actually despatch the goods to you.
At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.
At the moment that the goods are despatched (and not before) a contract will be made between you and us.

Copyright and Trademark
Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect all text and graphics in, and the design of, this Web site.
Permission is granted to users of this site to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Web site for the sole purpose of using this Web site as a shopping resource.
Any other use or copying of the material on this Web site is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
We make no warranty that the Web site will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Customer Responsibility

Before you place your order please notify shop4beds of any special delivery instructions for example 2nd floor flat in the spaces provided at the bottom of the page.
It is the Customers responsibility that adequate access is available for delivery and that goods ordered will fit in the desired location.

Description of Goods

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct.
Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
All sizes quoted are approximate, actual product dimensions may vary between models ie; Bed Frames are often larger than standard size mattresses. Any dimensions listed, unless stated otherwise, refer to the size mattress the bed frame will accommodate.
The illustrations of colours and covers are representative only.
We make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours however there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium.
We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time.

Prices and Payment

All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the UK standard rate of 17.5%.

Free Delivery is offered on all orders over £400 before any charges are made, if the order falls below this there will be a £25.00 Delivery charge, this is not included in any prices and is added at the checkout.

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be increased or decreased including any alterations to VAT.
Any special offers will be priced accordingly showing the specific period this item is on special offer for.
Payment can be made on the web site by Mastercard, Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card.
All orders are payable in full before delivery.
shop4beds will continue to own and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold under contract until payment has been received in full.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Security

Credit/debit card details are encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape.
This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 working days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Please note that this is not a 'trial' period - if you wish to trial the products they must remain unopened in their original packaging.
The 7 day right to cancel is for you to examine and to decide if you wish to accept the goods.

However the following points must be observed:

• Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
• Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
• To return the item please contact us by email at sales@shop4beds.co.uk quoting your order number.
• Please retain the original packaging for 14 days for the purpose of returning any faulty or damaged items.
• If you have used the bed you may return it within 48 hours of receipt of product, however you will be charged 50% of the retail selling price of the bed and the full cost of returning the bed.
• Made to measure beds & mattresses or products made to a customers specification are bespoke items produced to your specifications and as such can not be cancelled after the order has been placed. Your right to cancel does not apply to these items.

In the event that the goods have already been despatched from the manufacturers at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
It is the customers responsibility to cover any costs of returning cancelled items. Currently this is approximatley £50.00 - £100.00
Shop4furniture should be notified of damaged goods with 24 hours of reciept.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods.
If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
As we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that all goods return must be in their original packaging and with all seals intact.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession.
